This bright and spacious Algarve apartment with stunning views is located on the 2nd/top floor of a brand new complex on the quiet and unspoilt sea side resort of Fuzeta only a short 30 minute drive from Faro airport. The apartment offers a private 4 seater spa hot tub for guests of the apartment on it’s roof terrace and 2 swimming pools on two levels for sole use of the guests of this small complex.

There are communal areas to sunbathe on both levels by the pools. The apartment has air conditioning, open plan living with large rooms and a balcony from the lounge with wall to floor sliding doors for maximum natural light and views. The roof terrace overlooks the landscaped gardens and out to the Ria Formosa natural park and Atlantic ocean with all round uninterrupted views inland. You can enjoy an early morning cup of tea on your private balcony while watching the sun rise in the east and relax in the evening whilst watching the sun set over the sea.

A 12 minute walk takes you to the lagoon beach and the heart of Fuzeta with it's square, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, post office, bank and fresh produce market. Fuzeta boasts two beaches, the lagoon beach in the town with it's calm waters and beach cafes and the ocean beach via a short ferry ride to the island where there are miles of unspoilt clean sands. Either end of the Islands, on the beach are restaurants and bars near Tavira & Olhao. Within the village there are two train stations where the nearest towns Olhao and Tavira can easily be visited in minutes and are a great day out.
